Messiah Touch
|
After the day heat,
voices of the earth thirsting
beg the rain promise from lowering clouds
and winds that brush the earth with cooling.
And I from my heart desert
beg the rain promise of Samaria's well
to purge the bitter counterfeit,
finding answer and release
within healing drafts of living water
that send my spirit
new washed
with the arms and light and wind.
